01 / Design team

More than ten years of practical judgement sits behind every released mould drawing.

Hengqi's core designers combine more than a decade of hands-on mould experience with a growing record of previous projects, machining results, trials and application feedback. The drawing is not treated as an isolated CAD deliverable.

Product feasibility, melt-flow behavior, cooling, ejection, hot-runner integration, insert strategy and assembly interfaces are reviewed against the product, resin, machine platform and cycle target before steel is released.

The released design must remain machinable, assemblable, trial-ready and maintainable, with the mould, injection machine and automation planned as one production system.

02 / Technical review

Difficult questions are solved together, not passed between departments.

Hengqi's technical organization has grown to more than 60 professionals. Every week, engineers review current projects, summarize difficult issues and compare possible solutions from design, machining, assembly, moulding and application perspectives.

This recurring discussion turns individual experience into a shared engineering resource. It helps identify root causes earlier, evaluate trade-offs more completely and mobilize the wider 300-person organization when a project needs action.

Review findings are returned to internal training, design standards and future projects so the same lesson does not remain with only one engineer.

03 / Quality inspection

Inspection is an engineering feedback loop, not the last checkbox before shipping.

Before shipment, the quality team checks moulded-part details, functional features and mould performance against the approved requirement. The review connects visible product quality with the actual trial condition.

Findings are documented and returned directly to the technical team so corrections can be made before release. Inspection therefore supports a faster engineering response instead of becoming an isolated final report.

Component dimensions, assembly relationships and trial samples are linked back to design intent and manufacturing history when a result needs correction.

  • Inspect product details and function
  • Record findings as visible evidence
  • Return feedback to engineering before release

04 / Global sales team

Market-facing sales keeps the technical solution connected to the customer's business.

Hengqi's sales team listens to product requirements, production constraints, local service expectations and investment priorities before a proposal is prepared.

The commercial contact connects the buyer with the right specialists inside Hengqi and keeps feedback moving after delivery. The objective is a mould solution aligned with the customer's market and production plan, not simply a price quotation.

After delivery, process troubleshooting, spare-part planning and wear-part requirements are routed back to the same technical organization that developed the mould.

  • Customer and market requirements clarified
  • Technical specialists connected when needed
  • Production feedback routed after delivery

How the teams work together

From one shared brief to production support.

The four teams are connected by one project workflow. These three project views show how customer requirements, design decisions, manufacturing evidence and after-delivery feedback move through Hengqi.

01 / Project coordination

One project brief is shared across the responsible functions.

Customer requirements enter through the commercial and engineering team, then move into design, production planning, inspection and trial without being reduced to a simple price request.

Capacity, resin, label, machine platform, cavity count and target cycle remain visible throughout the project so later decisions still serve the original production objective.

  • Traceable engineering decisions
  • Clear responsibility by stage

02 / Design-to-production handoff

Released design, finished components and trial evidence remain connected.

The design objective is not only to complete a drawing. The mould structure must be machinable, assemblable, trial-ready and maintainable with fewer correction loops.

Finished components, assembly relationships and trial samples create feedback for the responsible technical teams before release.

03 / Application and customer support

Technical responsibility continues after the mould leaves the factory.

The commercial team gathers the buyer's production constraints and connects the right specialists before the project begins.

After delivery, production feedback, process questions, spare parts and wear-part requirements return to the same technical organization that developed the mould.

  • Pre-project feasibility communication
  • Production-stage troubleshooting
  • Spare and wear part planning

One connected support system

Four teams. One continuous engineering loop.

Customer requirements enter through sales and engineering, design decisions are reviewed across functions, production results are inspected and quality feedback returns to the technical team until the mould is ready for stable production.

Buyer questions

Clarify the project before steel is committed.

Who communicates with the buyer during a mould project?

A commercial contact coordinates the project, while design, manufacturing, quality and trial specialists join when their technical input is required. This keeps communication connected to the people making the engineering decision.

How experienced is Hengqi's mould design team?

Hengqi's core mould designers have more than 10 years of practical industry experience. Their decisions are supported by previous project data, machining feedback, mould trials and application knowledge.

What information should be shared with the engineering team first?

A product drawing or sample, resin, capacity, wall thickness, cavity target, injection machine, automation plan and required output help the team establish a practical mould concept.

Does technical support continue after mould delivery?

Yes. Hengqi supports installation questions, process troubleshooting, spare and wear part planning, and production feedback after delivery.
