Hengqi's core designers combine more than a decade of hands-on mould experience with a growing record of previous projects, machining results, trials and application feedback. The drawing is not treated as an isolated CAD deliverable.

Product feasibility, melt-flow behavior, cooling, ejection, hot-runner integration, insert strategy and assembly interfaces are reviewed against the product, resin, machine platform and cycle target before steel is released.

The released design must remain machinable, assemblable, trial-ready and maintainable, with the mould, injection machine and automation planned as one production system.

Hengqi's technical organization has grown to more than 60 professionals. Every week, engineers review current projects, summarize difficult issues and compare possible solutions from design, machining, assembly, moulding and application perspectives.

This recurring discussion turns individual experience into a shared engineering resource. It helps identify root causes earlier, evaluate trade-offs more completely and mobilize the wider 300-person organization when a project needs action.

Review findings are returned to internal training, design standards and future projects so the same lesson does not remain with only one engineer.

Before shipment, the quality team checks moulded-part details, functional features and mould performance against the approved requirement. The review connects visible product quality with the actual trial condition.

Findings are documented and returned directly to the technical team so corrections can be made before release. Inspection therefore supports a faster engineering response instead of becoming an isolated final report.

Component dimensions, assembly relationships and trial samples are linked back to design intent and manufacturing history when a result needs correction.

Hengqi's sales team listens to product requirements, production constraints, local service expectations and investment priorities before a proposal is prepared.

The commercial contact connects the buyer with the right specialists inside Hengqi and keeps feedback moving after delivery. The objective is a mould solution aligned with the customer's market and production plan, not simply a price quotation.

After delivery, process troubleshooting, spare-part planning and wear-part requirements are routed back to the same technical organization that developed the mould.
