01 / Mould-base preparation
Mould-base plates, cooling routes, locating features and ejector interfaces are prepared against the released box-and-lid design. Stable references protect the rim, wall and visible IML surfaces through later machining.
02 / Precision core geometry
Finishing allowance, rim geometry, bottom flatness and insert interfaces are controlled before assembly. This supports predictable label appearance and lid-fit correction during trial.
03 / Label & melt delivery
The hot runner, gate and cooling route are reviewed against the label seam, visible surface and product wall. This joins the appearance requirement with the practical production window.
04 / Packaging-line validation
Trial acceptance covers label appearance, box dimensions, lid closure, flatness, de-nesting and cavity consistency. When line samples are available, the result can also be reviewed against the buyer's filling and secondary packaging conditions.
01 / Engineering review
A useful tooling proposal must connect the product, resin, machine, automation and output target. These review points make the quotation more specific and reduce correction loops after steel is ordered.
