Product application and trial portfolio

Real packaging applications, trial conditions and buyer evidence.

Compare five application directions and four recorded production trials. Product shape, cavity count, cycle and machine belong to the stated reference; the final mould is still calculated from the buyer's drawing, resin, label and output target.

Recorded production references

Compare four recorded IML and thin-wall mould trials

These reference videos identify the product, cavity count, recorded cycle and matched machine so buyers can compare conditions instead of relying on a single sample photo. The trial figures are project-specific and are not universal performance guarantees.

150 ml IML Yogurt Cup Mould Trial

See a recorded 12-cavity 150 ml IML yogurt cup mould trial running an 8-second cycle on a 480 t injection moulding machine.

  • 12 cavities
  • 8 s trial cycle
  • 480 t machine

The cavity count, machine tonnage and cycle shown belong to these recorded trials. Final specifications depend on the approved product, resin, machine, cooling and automation.

How to evaluate a case

A useful case connects the product to the trial condition.

Capacity or cavity count alone does not prove whether a mould fits another project. Buyers should compare the product geometry, resin, part weight, wall thickness, machine, cooling, robot timing and acceptance result before using a case as a technical reference.

01

Match the product

Compare capacity, round or rectangular geometry, rim, lid, label area, wall thickness and stacking requirement.

02

Read the trial condition

Check the stated cavities, cycle, machine tonnage and automation condition instead of treating the video speed as a universal promise.

03

Ask for acceptance evidence

Review samples from every cavity, part weight, dimensions, appearance, lid fit, label position and continuous-running observations.

Custom project review

Your product may combine features from several cases.

Send the actual drawing or sample. Hengqi will review wall thickness, lid or rim, IML label, cavity layout, machine match, cooling, ejection and practical cycle targets.
